Issue Briefs Issue Briefs are short documents summarizing ideas, experiences, information and analyses from CAPD staff. In some cases, they may be based on longer-term projects or excerpted from published reports referenced elsewhere on our site, or they may reflect thoughts and work that are not included there. Issue Briefs are free-standing pieces that are intended to provide readers with timely information, a different perspective, or thought-provoking ideas in the various areas of CAPD's work.
