Projects University/Secondary School Collaborations To Improve Minority College Access CAPD reviewed and synthesized the experiences of more than 70 collaborative efforts between schools and colleges designed to improve the college attendance rates of minority students. The review considered two kinds of programs: those focused on individual groups of students and those seeking systemic change through teacher renewal, curriculum revision and direct school reform. CAPD's summary report, A Shared Responsibility, is one of the first cross-program analyzes of the potential and limitations of these initiatives.
