Developing A Plan For Violence Prevention In Pittsburgh

A number of Pittsburgh-based foundations provided support to the Mayor's Office to develop a plan to reduce youth violence in Pittsburgh. CAPD was asked to produce a two-part strategic plan for the city and its foundations. The first part of the plan focuses on the community's most violent youth; the second considers a broader prevention effort.
