CAPD conducted a strategic review of the full range of employment and training grantmaking by The Pew Charitable Trusts. It issued a series of recommendations for reconfiguring The Trusts' grantmaking in employment and training programming to ensure that its investments were made in a manner that built on best practices in training and that attracted complementary funding.
