Fannie Mae Foundation Community Colleges Initiative

To promote diversity in the mortgage-finance industry, the Foundation sought to offer professional education and training to potential job candidates from under represented groups and link these and other minority candidates with industry employers. Through the Community Colleges Initiative, the Fannie Mae Foundation sought to provide to selected community colleges a program framework and other resources to support this education and training. CAPD assisted the Foundation with strategic planning, assessment, and ongoing consultation.
