Eureka Communities: An Assessment Of A Leadership Development Program

CAPD was asked to conduct an evaluation of Eureka Communities, a leadership development program. Eureka Communities works to improve outcomes for children and families by supporting the leadership of community-based, non-profit organizations that serve this population. The evaluation identifies benefits of participation for Eureka Fellows (participating individuals) and the organizations they are currently leading. The evaluation is also formative; we provide information that is used to strengthen individual program components and Eureka Communities as a whole.
