Assessment Of Strategies To Diversify Southern White Liberal Arts Colleges

CAPD reviewed for the Jessie Ball duPont Fund the efforts of six leading liberal arts colleges in the South to increase the representation of minority students and staff on their campuses. Our work considers the challenges-both internal and external-that these institutions face in attracting and retaining minority students and helping them have successful college careers.
