Delaware's Investments In Children: An Inventory And Assessment

As part of a state-level strategic planning effort, CAPD was asked to develop a plan for Delaware's investment in children based on an assessment and inventory of the state's programs. CAPD identified gaps in program coverage and intensity in state-provided services needed to ensure that children have healthy outcomes. CAPD arrayed the broad range of programs within a framework to aid state policymakers discern where appropriate legislative and administrative attention should be focused.
