Creating The Public Will To Invest In Children

CAPD was asked to assist the Annie E. Casey Foundation in its strategic planning about appropriate investments in the area of mobilizing the public will to invest in children. The work focuses on answering four basic questions: What are the public will needs of various stakeholders? What is known about how to engage the public? What are the gaps in knowledge and the best ways to address these gaps? What are potential areas of investment?
