Counseling for Caregivers

Counseling for Caregivers (CFC) is a Philadelphia-based program that targets vulnerable caregivers – those who are older, isolated, hard to reach, and not easily served by other organizations – with the goal of preventing or reducing the strain associated with eldercare. Through a capacity-building grant, CAPD is working with CFC on developing an integrated evaluation system and tools that will provide data for management, program strengthening, marketing, planning, and oversight purposes
